Double layered corrugated cardboard

The double layered corrugated cardboard is one fluted layer glued to one flat sheet of paper. It is manufactured in rolls of various widths as required by the customer. It is used to be added to the base of the packing thus making it thicker, for example when used for glass bottles for alcoholic drinks, bottles for perfumes and medicines, etc. It is used also as a protective layer in the furniture industry and construction where it is placed between different elements and sheets. It is suitable for decoration, etc.

It is offered in three types:

E type with 1,6 mm thick flutes. The face ply is offered in two colors, as a standard – white and brown.
В type with 3.0 mm thick flutes. The face ply is offered in two colors, as a standard – white and brown.
C type with 4.0 mm thick flutes. The face ply is offered in two colors, as a standard – white and brow.

Three ply corrugated cardboard

The three ply corrugated cardboard is one fluted ply between two plies of paper.

It is offered in three types:

E type with 1.6 mm thick flutes. The face ply is offered in two colors, as a standard – white and brown. Suitable for transportation medium size packagings for goods up to 10-15 kg.
В type with 3.0 mm thick flutes. The face ply is offered in two colors, as a standard – white and brown. Suitable for small size transportation packagings for goods up to 8-10 kg.
C type with 4.0 mm thick flutes. The face ply is offered in two colors, as a standard – white and brown. Suitable for custom made packagings with direct flex print or laminated with offset print for luxury packagings.

Five ply corrugated cardboard

Five ply corrugated cardboard has two fluted plies arranged consecutively between three plies of paper sheet. Most common combinations are types B and C or types C and E. They are sold in sheets. The face ply is offered in two colors, as a standard – white and brown. It is suitable for making of transportation large size packagings for heavy and large products, i.e. big electric appliances, construction materials, etc.
